ProServe is Bermuda’s only specialist in logistics and fulfillment management providing digital printing, mail room, messenger, courier, imaging, cheque processing and confidential waste disposal services.
Our advanced technology, partnered with our experienced and dedicated staff, provides customers with the simplest way to create, manage, and distribute the content and materials they depend on to do business. ProServe’s fulfillment management services enable our clients to concentrate on what they do best – manage their core business. We understand the significant role that we play as an extension of our clients’ organizations and always strive to provide the highest level of service.
Established in 1998, ProServe Bermuda Limited was originally formed to provide cheque processing and digital imaging for the local banking industry. Although we have grown significantly over the past several years, we continue to service Bermuda’s largest banks, in addition to prominent local entities, including the financial, insurance, legal, technology and retail sectors; small businesses and individual customers.
Resources
The majority of our staff are Bermudians who have a wealth of experience in fulfillment management. Our head office is located at the Butterfield Bank’s Rosebank Centre. Our well-managed delivery fleet can support high volume pick-up and deliveries. We maintain best-in-class imaging capability with our Kofax license. Our print facility comprises four high volume printers as well as various finishing and mailing equipment that are regularly maintained and replaced as technology advances. We maintain strong relationships with the Bermuda Post Office, local and international courier companies and HSBC Bermuda and Butterfield banks.
Management Team
Sam Wilson, the General Manager since January 2009, has over 20 years operational experience in the banking industry. Senior Operations Manager Glen Phillips joined the company in 2012 and has 24 years banking expertise. Having previously worked for HSBC, Butterfield and Bermuda Commercial Bank, our senior managers understand the importance of providing clients with tailored solutions.
Financial Stability & Security
ProServe continues to remain capitalized to meet the requirements of the industry. Equipment is regularly maintained and if necessary, replaced to ensure customer service levels are met. Due to the highly confidential nature of client data and risk of injury from processing machinery, the general public is not allowed in the processing areas without prior security review.
As part of our standard best practice, we execute annual:
- Financial Audits
- Safety Inspections
- Business Continuity Reviews
